<ul> <li>Location - Canberra / Melbourne / Brisbane</li> <li>Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with Baseline Clearance with National Police Check</li> <li>Length of Contract - 12 months (2 x 12 months possibility of extension)</li> <li>Closing Date - 24th October 2025</li> </ul> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Develop innovative and engaging education content, instructional programs, workshops and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Assess stakeholder learning needs and then monitor and evaluate the efficacy of all education materials, products and instructional programs on an ongoing basis, to identify any improvement areas required.</li> <li>Ensure content quality, branding, style and accessibility guidelines are applied consistently across all channels and are reviewed regularly to meet compliance and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders enabling you to effectively communicate, collaborate, negotiate and manage expectations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Remain updated on current educational trends and best practice learning standards.</li> <li>Collaborate across the Program and the agency to understand user requirements and deliver creative solutions to challenges.</li> <li>Report to the leadership team on Program efficacy using qualitative and quantitative data.</li> </ul> <strong>Mandatory Criteria:</strong><br> <ul> <li>Proven experience in the development, production and delivery of workplace training and assessment, and external stakeholder capability uplift, ideally within a regulatory setting.</li> <li>High standards of interpersonal communication and organisational skills - can identify and organise resources to achieve results.</li> <li>Strong writing, editing and proof-reading experience, combined with expert language skill, allowing you to create material that will inspire our internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>The ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand messages.</li> <li>High-level organisational and priority-setting skills and the proven ability to meet tight deadlines - ideally within a project management environment.</li> <li>The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders internally and with a range of high-profile external stakeholder groups.</li> <li>Proven ability to demonstrate agility when managing competing priorities and deadlines.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Suite is a must.
